Provide the primary phone number where you want to receive salon text messages. We send care, readiness, and pickup updates only to that number, so let us know whenever it changes.

Grooming & bath services
- Book Full Groom, Bath & Brush, or Bath & Tidy online.
- Share coat, health, behavior, and haircut information at check-in.
- We contact you when your dog is ready for pickup.
Daycare
- Email current vaccination records before a New Dog Introduction Visit.
- Stop by between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.; no appointment is needed for the introduction.
- After the visit, call to reserve daycare and confirm drop-off and pickup timing.
Boarding
- Email current vaccination records before a New Dog Introduction Visit.
- Stop by between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.; no appointment is needed for the introduction.
- Call afterward to discuss dates, availability, care instructions, and timing.
- Complete the Veterinary Instructions & Medical Release when requested by the salon.
Self-service wash
- Self-wash stations are first come, first served during regular business hours.
- The price is $15 for a small dog or $20 for a bigger dog.
- Wash products, brushes, towels, and dryers are provided; plan to handle and supervise your dog.
